Sunday Weigh In

Drumroll please...today's weight is...

209!!

A 2 lb. weight gain for a total of 26 lbs. lost. I'm at a loss. I ran 11 miles this week versus my usual 9. The diet was better though not perfect.

The plan: better meals, planned meals, a hitting the weights 3 times a week + cardio.

Onward...
