Tuesday Has No Feel
Not a great day but not a bad day, but one interrupted by a sick baby girl. :(
The day went as follows:

- Breakfast: two Nutrigrain waffles with fruit
- Lunch: Detour bar
- Dinner: Salmon with mixed vegetables
- Snack: Two scoops of 1/2 the fat ice cream
I did my core workout this morning (kinda weak but I'll keep it up this week) and 20 push ups and held a plank for about 50 seconds.
Oh, and I got new glasses. :)
Tomorrow's goals: 45 minutes on the treadmill, 20 pushups and planks throughout the day, 3 bottles of water, two servings of vegetables, three servings of fruit.
Onward...
