Sunday Weigh In

Drumroll please...today's weight is...
211!
That's a 4 lb. weight gain this week! Back to a 24 lb. total weight loss.
This can be attributed to a few things:
- Bad weather +
- Bad cold =
- No running. I ran once this week for 30 minutes. That has to change.
- Bad food choices. Too much crap, not enough good stuff.
Oh well. This is just a wake up call and a temporary set back. I plan to run today and at least three times in the coming week. Meals will be planned in advance to avoid fast food runs and to curb Cheetos cravings. Let's see if I can't get two of those four pounds off in the next seven days.
